General Session and Welcome Reception. ALL registered participants are invited to join the NACA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, PAST PRESIDENTS COMMITTEE AND VOLUNTEERS to welcome all the first time attendees and network with our Education presenters, Business members, I A Firms and industry partners who will be participating in the 2018 Annual NACA Convention, Career Fair and EXPO. Announcements and information will be provided with hor d'oeuvres and beverages served throughout the evening. Cash Bar will also be available.

Instructor: Craig Fowler Creighton A. Fowler ANFI, AIC Creighton A. Fowler currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance & Training for CNC Catastrophe & National Claims located in Mobile, Alabama. Creighton has been a part of the CNC team since 1987; and has thirty (30) years multi‐line independent adjusting, quality review, and management level experience in the daily and catastrophe claims field. He currently oversees the Quality Assurance and Training division, and has spearheaded the creation of the adjuster development classroom and on-line training programs for CNC. Prior to taking over as Director of Quality Assurance & Training in 2017, Creighton served as the Director of Claims for ten (10) years, and oversaw the CNC’s Claims Department and Call Center. While Director of Claims, he implemented new procedures and processes for improved claims handling efficiency and assisted in the development of new technology to accelerate the complete claims process. Creighton is an authorized NFIP adjuster and NFIP certified trainer. Creighton holds the Associate in Claims and Associate in National Flood Insurance designations.

PRESENTER: JAMES WILLIAMS of Simbility Solutions. This class is designed for all skill levels and will focus on trouble showing, tips and tricks for successful use of this software. Adjusters will need computer with this software installed and currently updated for use in class.

His students are consistently the highest rated, highest volume adjusters on storm sites throughout the U.S. A leader in the field, Chris brings a winning perspective to the classroom. Chris views claims handling as a business, not a job. His students absorb that mentality, and succeed because of it. Chris’ classroom presentations contain field related information, not just “software tools”. Chris’ enthusiasm for the software, as well as the career, makes learning exciting. One of very few Xactimate Certified Trainers, Chris is a graduate of Vale Training Solutions as well as the American Institute for CPCU. PRESENTER: John Postava and Jeff Queen of RYZE. The Ryze Mentee (Adjuster in Training) program is the first step in working flood claims for Ryze Claim Solutions. This will cover the basics of the Dwelling Policy, Ryze specific processes and procedures, property scoping and documenting of flood claims and other Ryze specific topics. Please attend the full day NFIP presentation before attending this class.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds are available until December 07, 2017. NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date for any reason.
