The NACA convention offers opportunities for increased education, valuable networking, and an introduction to products and/or companies that are of value to the career of the independent adjuster. The various events at the convention offer many types of sponsorship and advertising opportunities. Here are our 2016 sponsorship levels:
Convention Underwriter - from $10,000 to $25,000Custom designed package for sponsorships totaling more that $10,000.00. additional pre-and-post advertising, additional individual event signage, spotlight ads on Constant Contact ads.
Carrier Sponsorship - from $7,500 to $10,0007500-10,000 Customized package to fit needs of sponsor.
Lunch and Learn Mon-Tues-Thurs - from $5,000 to $5,000Lunch and Learn Events are available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Noon to 1PM, This package provides a self serve lunch and soft beverages for the attending adjusters, with minimal service interruptions. 1 hour is devoted to your firm's presentation of a relevant industry topic or can be used as an IA firm roster orientation for potential new applicants. This package does include a free booth for the EXPO and advertising perks at the show and all year in the NACA NEWS. Topic may provide 1 hour CE approved presentation. NACA will secure this and cover the expense through our provider, AE21, Jim Greer. Sponsor will have exclusive advertizing for this event with signage provided at event and during the entire conference.
NACA Annual Business Meeting Breakfast WEDNESDAY - from $5,000 to $5,000All registered attendees are invited to join the NACA Executive Committee and members for the annual business meeting. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am, to be followed by the the NACA Annual Business Meeting. Items on the agenda will include business topics, financial review, constitution/by-laws review and amendments. General members will be voting on these items as well as all new membership applications.
EXPO LUNCH BUFFET - from $5,000 to $7,500EXPO All inclusive BUFFET LUNCH will be served on the EXPO floor at noon for all registered attendees, sponsors, presenters and exhibitors.
SPECIAL OPTIONAL EVENT TUESDAY - from $3,000 to $6,000OPTIONAL EVENT: Destination contract in the works, details will TBA, asap Past OFF SITE events have included TOP GOLF. TICKETED EVENT. $3000 will provide 300 FREE drink Tickets OR dinner at venue $6000 will provide BOTH drink tickets and dinner
SPECIAL OPTIONAL EVENT TUESDAY TRANSPORTAION - from $3,000 to $4,000OPTIONAL EVENT for ALL participants. Event will require tickets. Contract details in the works, TBA asap! $3000-$4000 Provides tickets for charted bus transportation to selected activity. Past offsite activities have included Top Golf, Golf Tournaments at various courses.
General Session and Reception Sunday-Thursday - from $2,500 to $6,000NETWORKING EVENT: ALL registered participants are invited to attend. Please join the NACA Executive Committee for networking, schedule updates, and announcements. Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served. ALL registered participants will receive 2 FREE drink tickets. Cash Bar will also be available. Come network with fellow adjusters, sponsors, IA Firms, presenters and NEW adjusters. $3000.00 = 300 drink tickets for reception. $6000 = 600 drink tickets for reception. Cash Bar will be available. All participants, sponsors, presenters, and exhibitors will be served.
ALL DAY BEVERAGE SERVICE - from $2,500 to $7,500All registered attendees, sponsors, presenters and exhibitors will be served. Options include the EXPO area, Career Fair area, and Classroom area on a per day or all week basis. $2500 will be BEVERAGES ONLY to include Teas, coffee, sodas, hot water and ice. $5000 will include the above items and ADD a snack, such as cookies, fruits, or other snack items.
REGISTRATION BAGS - from $1,200 to $1,500NACA will use your funds to custom print BOTH your LOGO and the NACA logo on these REUSABLE registration bags, to be given to all registered participants on Sunday Jan 7. QUANTITY REQUIRED: 500, SIZE REQUIRED: 10'x14', box style bottom, with long handles, or carrier style bag with flap, and shoulder strap. The choice of bag color will compliment BOTH LOGO colors. NACA will send a proof for your approval BEFORE printing. MUST ARRIVE IN LAS VEGAS BY JAN 5, 2018 FOR ADVANCE PREP WORKDAY.

Sponsor an Adjuster for the Convention - from $500 to $625NACA has has several requests for Adjusters to have a scholarship fund provided to attend the convention on a case by case basis. We have requests for Veterans, New Adjusters, Skilled Adjusters, and Niche Adjusters to attend the Convention for the first time. We have several companys and adjusters alike that are willing to "Pay It Forward" to see their peers succeed in our industry and I hope you do as well.
