  • NACA is the Key!
    I believe NACA is the key to harnessing the opportunities in the catastrophe insurance adjusting business.   • Since Joining NACA
    Since joining NACA in 1991, I have learned more about the cat business than I could ever have learned on my own. I have met great adjusters and made a lot of friends in this industry. I have received valuable education and have had the opportunity to work every cat storm since 1991. This was possible because of the chances I have been given to meet so many important people through this Association, such as reps, presidents and owners of different IA companies and Insurance companies.

  • Its Been Good!
    NACA stands for the only true source of independent adjusting info and support. All other sources I've seen seem to want to sell a product or an agenda. It promotes professionalism in adjusting and is self policing for the occasional "bad apple" we run across. It's a main source of education and continuing ed for adjusters. NACA offers training from novices to to those with many, many years of experience. But for me, NACA provides mainly a chance to meet with and learn from my compatriots and those with more skills and knowledge than me. The camaraderie is priceless. And it's run by professionals who have only the members' best interests in mind, both paid and volunteer. I became an adjuster in 1961 and joined NACA first in 1986 and just retired, and I'll miss it!

  • NACA Changed our Job into a Career
    Before NACA we were struggling to work enough per year. We had one large IA Firm that knew our name but the rest of them didn't see that we had value over other new adjusters. NACA members gave us the leg up! They introduced us to their contacts and we got deployed. The money we spent on this Association has been paid back ten fold and we are experienced adjusters that are hired often by the NACA contacts we have.
